Everest Steel Garage, Wind and Snow Rated Storage Building Kit, 12 ft. x 20 ft. Charcoal
The garage was erected as per instruction manual. All parts were all present. Appears solid. Here’s some pointers for anyone who wants to assemble this kit. You need a good, square base/ pad. If not the wall and roof pieces will not fit together giving you issues as the project moves forward. Ensure you read and review the diagrams closely. It’s real easy to mix parts up and assemble section wrong. Overall it’s a good product. Pointers for the manufacturer. The gable ends should be constructed the same as the inner trusses. They appear weak and gable panels warp/bulge. The shipping of the panels and others materials should have a wood crate, not cardboard boxes. The roll up door panels were dented/damaged even when they appeared fine looking at the shipping cardboard boxes.
