I do like this canopy the customer service was great. The canopy came w grease stains out the box. The rep was great w sending me a replcaement canopy w out stains.
The actual frame is a bit flimsy, as well as the roller bag. The bag is already ripping at the end and there are no pockets for the stakes to go into so not sure where exaclty where to store the stakes.
Overall it is an ok buy, I would not buy again though. I bought in spring for Football season, so circle back in fall and we will really see how it holds up, hoping I am wrong!

Only lasted one week before breaking. Huge disappointment and more money wasted. Even though I purchased this tent on sale, it wasn't cheap. It looked sturdy and thought the legs on this one would be an improvement, but it made no difference. Would not recommend.

We have relied for years on the HD series straight leg 10 x 15 pop-up Canopy over our deck and this year we decided to purchase the 10 x 10 model to cover our gas grill, lobster steamer and pizza oven and create a dry cook space. It has been a game changer! Solid, dependable and very affordable!

HD Series Straight Leg Pop-Up Canopy, 10 ft. x 10 ft. Super Star
I've bought a handfu of canopies from Shelter Logic over the years, in addition to a few other products in their lineup. I like them very much and have been quite happy. This year, though, I went to buy a replacement canopy for the frame we use on our deck but was told by customer serivce that they don't sell replacement canopies. They had in the past, and so I was surprised. The frames hold up fine from year to year, but the fabric canopies don't, especially when you leave them out all season like we do. I would LOVE to see Shelter Logic return to selling replacement canopies as well as their most excellent frames and other products!

Great Value and Quality. Does all that it says, ewasy set up and take down. Sturdy and outstanding color.
I have 2 others and use them for a Charity Golf Tournament that our family puts on every year.

The only problem was one of the velcro fasteners was poorly sewn and pulled off when I fastened it to the support. I hand stitched back and applied an adheavise as a reinforcement, problem solved.

HD Series Straight Leg Pop-Up Canopy, 10 ft. x 10 ft. Super Star
We used to have a coleman 10x10. It leaked when new even after waterproofing. Our new Shelter Logic 10x10 is much sturdier and does not leak. The frame is much stronger as well. Love it so far. #sweeps

Love the start design, makes the canopy stand out. The poles are heavy duty and made to last. Had an issue with the Velcro coming off in the corner of the top but shelter logic sent me a replacement right away.

Love our Shelterlogic pop up canopy. We use it for every barbecue we have or on days when we just need some added shade for the kids to play. It goes up and down super easy and the rolling storage bag is an added value!
