I knew when the boxes came that they were garbage and I did not open them. I called your customer service and have had nothing but problems with her I have been waiting I think 4 days now for her to get back to me and she is ghosting me. I guess I will be stuck with them and I will buy elsewhere from now on

Winter Gazebo Cover, 8 ft. x 8 ft. Grey
Winter cover tarp has only been installed for a few weeks so this is not a long-term review.
Pros: it went on easy, has good ventilation (necessary for covering a hot tub), windows and door flap tie-ups.
Cons: one of the velcro pads started ripping off the tarp the first time I tried to open one of the windows. It would probably be better if they were stitched and glued. I will glue it when the temps are warmer.
No other complaints so far, it's made winter hot-tubbing so much better keeping the snow and wind out while providing good ventilation and no accumulation of frost.

Winter Gazebo Cover, 10 ft. x 12 ft. Grey
Hi,
I did install this winter gazebo cover in november. It fit okay on the gazebo but is too short to be able to block the bottom part with small block brick or snow. I use a nylon rope to titten the bottom part.
We notice that the Sojaga Kiruna gazebo purchase at Costco is taller then the average gazebo.
Do you have a specific winter cover for this model of gazebo? Your support line didn't write us back. I needed a winter cover so I did purchase it anyway.
I also got a problem with the right zipper of the door that is blocking in the upper part of it. I am able to close it with some patience.
I won't recommand ordering this winter cover for the Sojag Kiruna gazebo. For smaller model, it should be just fine.

Sojag Grey Universal Winter Cover Plus for Gazebos, 12 ft. x 12 ft., Gazebo Accessories
The material is nice, but it's so tight that we cannot close the zipper and pull down the cover. I hope the cover of the roof is being zipped and the side as well or much bigger so it won't be to hard to put everything.

Winter Gazebo Cover, 10 ft. x 14 ft. Grey
I sent feedback and pictures November 11th but have yet to receive a response. The cover was obviously sitting for a while in a damp area as the laminated card was discoloured and the tarp was damp (box was not wet nor had any water stains so was not from delivery). Furthermore, it is not made for gazebos that have a large vent at the top as that takes extra space so corners are beyond tight. In fact one corner already had a small tear and one of the seams down one side was open (thread had let go). I don't have much hope that the tarp will last more than 1 winter which is quite expensive for 1 time use.

Sojag Grey Universal Winter Cover Plus for Gazebos, 12 ft. x 12 ft., Gazebo Accessories
For several years I have wrapped the gazebo with tarps for winter storage. It worked but at some point during the winter one tarp would rip or come loose. The Sojag winter cover was easy to put on, with help, and eliminated having to use three tarps. It fit very well and is easily secured to the gazebo. The zippered door makes it easy to use the gazebo for storage of summer furniture and to use as a winter BBQ shelter. When not in use it folds to a smaller than expected size for summer storage.

We will be ordering our third cover next spring. We find they typically last 3 to 4 years each. Best thing we did was find these winter covers for our 12 x 14 Sojag gazebo. It protects the gazebo over winter and we can also store patio furniture inside.
One solution to the tight corners - we take corners off and the cover slips on so easily. Then my husband inserts foam on the inside so the corners don't rip over winter. Certainly alleviates the frustration of trying to get the tight corners on.
Highly recommend this cover.

Very nice except the corners are very tight, and having a point on the corners makes it a bit difficult to slip the last corner on, if not careful it could puncture the cover, other wise very happy with it so far

The cover is made very well, but is a little too tight, which causes corners to rip over winter.
